The Association has been in communication with the developer regarding construction of the new amenity center, and wanted to update homeowners on the current schedule. Click Full Story for more information.
The Association has been in communication with the developer regarding construction of the new amenity center, and wanted to update homeowners on the current schedule.
• The permit for the amenity center has been issued by the City of Lavon.
• The amenity center site has been graded.
• The pool contractor has mobilized on-site and begun setting forms. Pool excavation is scheduled to start 5/27/22, with plumbing and form steel being set during the week of 5/30/22.
