This notice is to inform you that the Associations Pool will re-open on Wednesday, June 12th at 9:00am. We have completed the necessary construction repairs and are ready to operate within normal business hours. We encourage everyone to enjoy the pool season this year. Please be aware of the posted pool rules.

Should you have any questions, please submit an inquiry via the “Contact Us” tab on the Association’s website https://www.lakepointeatlavonhoa.com and an Essex Association Management representative will respond promptly.
