Pool Access Update: Supervision and Age Rules

We would like to provide clarification regarding pool use, following concerns raised over the weekend regarding unsupervised children and teens.

Effective immediately and enforced by the onsite pool monitors, the following policy will be in place:

1. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) who possesses valid pool access credentials.
2. Individuals aged 16 or older may use the pool unaccompanied only if they can present a valid form of photo identification verifying their age.
3. If no form of valid ID can be presented, access to the pool will be denied, and the individual must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please note that pool monitors are onsite to enforce all posted pool rules. We encourage all residents to review these rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
