New Leasing Policy

The new leasing policy adopted by your Board of Directors in September has now been officially recorded with Collin County and is therefore in full force and effect.

If you are planning to lease out your home, or renew an existing rental, please be sure to review the attached document prior to taking any action to ensure you are in compliance with the policy and to avoid any potential fines.
