As the Managing Agent for LakePointe at Lavon Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that a Special Board of Directors Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, September 11th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Virtual meetings are open session for listening and/or viewing only.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the proposed Leasing Policy, including leasing limits, registration requirements, annual fees, restrictions, hardship exceptions, and enforcement. The Board will then make a motion to approve the policy.
