As managing agent for the Lake Pointe at Lavon Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members will soon be scheduled. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect three (3) members to the Board of Directors and to discuss normal business of the Association. This notice is to provide Class A Members who are interested in serving on the Board of Directors the opportunity to submit a completed Candidacy form.
If you would like to nominate yourself or another Member as a candidate for the Board of Directors, please complete the enclosed form and return it, using one of the available methods listed below. Due to the virtual format for this meeting, there will be no write-in candidates or floor nominations accepted. It is especially important that all Candidacy Forms be returned by or before the following deadline.
For the candidate’s name to be placed on the ballot, a completed Candidacy form must be received no later than Wednesday, December 27th, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.

After the deadline for returning the candidacy form, we will send the Meeting Notice Packet which will include, Notice, Agenda, Ballot with Candidate Forms, and Proxy. Should you have any questions, please submit an inquiry from the “Contact Us” tab located on your Association’s website.
